Like anything, there is a range of property prices in England. Your focus should always be on your return on investment (ROI), rather than focussing on just price. Ultimately we want a property that gets the most back for every pound invested.
If you are buying with a mortgage the lender will normally want you to invest £50,000 at a minimum, though many of our projects will allow this payment in two parts.
Our ‘normal’ investor will invest between £50,000 and £100,000 with the mortgage lender paying the remaining. The more you have, the bigger range of options you will have to look at.
